Community-made Tapestries are created by local stakeholders and community members who receive training from CyArk to capture 3D data, record interviews, and design and develop the narrative of the virtual experience. These collaborative projects empower communities to share their unique stories and histories with a global audience.

Sculpting Lincoln - Scene 1
The statue of Lincoln was sculpted by Daniel Chester French and carved by the Piccirilli Brothers. It took eight years to build the Memorial, much of that time during World War I.
This experience was created by Sunhyeong Kong, Jaden Sivananthan, and Belle Steinberg, local High School students enrolled in the Trust for the National Mall's Youth Ambassadors Program. This project could not have been completed without contributions from Aviva Gould, Gabriella Larsen, and Erin Plant (Trust for the National Mall) and Emmanuel Ekekwe (National Park Service).
