Este recorrido virtual del Palacio Escárzaga (Museo de la Ciudad 450) se creó para celebrar la exitosa finalización de la restauración del museo, financiada por el Fondo de Embajadores de Estados Unidos para la Preservación Cultural.
El modelo 3D se generó a partir de miles de imágenes capturadas durante el proceso de documentación, dirigido por Bambam Hernández, en colaboración con el Ayuntamiento de Durango. Estas imágenes se procesaron para crear una réplica digital de alta resolución del museo.
El guion y las entrevistas fueron desarrollados por la directora Lucero Moreno, Karen Pizarro y el equipo del Museo de la Ciudad 450. El recorrido incluye las perspectivas de la directora del museo, Lucero Moreno; del arquitecto Milton Escalier, quien dirigió los trabajos de restauración; y del artista local Carlos Cárdenas Reyes, cuya obra se exhibe en el museo.
Este proyecto fue posible gracias al apoyo del Fondo de Embajadores de Estados Unidos para la Preservación Cultural.
