Step into the Great Enclosure of Great Zimbabwe, the largest ancient stone structure in Sub-Saharan Africa. This virtual tour features interviews with community members as part of a heritage exchange, providing unique insights into the significance of this iconic site, its architecture, and its enduring cultural impact.
This virtual tour was created as part of the Community Heritage Exchange Initiative, with support from the Ambassador's Fund for Cultural Preservation, U.S. Department of State, TellZim News, U.S. Embassy in Zimbabwe, and U.S. Department of State. Workshop participants and creators Golden Maunganidze, Passmore Kuzipa, Wilson Maposa, Beverly Tafadzwa Bizeki, Perpetua Murungweni, Courage T Dutiro, Decide Nhendo, Tavita Natasha Mpala, Michael Mayere, Kudzai Mukono, Munyaradzi Innocent Mashamaire and William Mutikani.
